who is rik?

Rik is a singer, songwriter, internet broadcaster and freelance journalist.

Rik was a former member of The Stigs, Hippy & Art, The Goth!c Quartet and the Rik Wolters Folk Band as well as recording four solo albums under the name "Wolters" in the past 13 years.

Wolters' last solo album, "Mothers' Handbag" was released in May 2001 on the now defunct Jilted Future Music label. Since then Wolters has spent time away from performing to work on new projects, which have included writing a play, techno dj-ing and providing shows for internet radio stations.

Wolters' latest project is to secure sponsorship for an online radio station, which is hoped to launch in 2010.
